Zoomers Digital Products Return & Refund Policy
At Zoomers, we strive to provide high-quality digital resources that support your child’s learning journey. As our products are digital downloads, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is completed. However, if you experience any issues with your download or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us at support@zoomers.in.
Exceptions:
- Technical Issues: If technical difficulties prevent you from accessing your purchased product, we will work to resolve the issue. If a solution cannot be provided, a refund may be considered.

Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us, and we will refund the duplicate purchase to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
